Who we are
The Malta Association of Dental Hygienists was set up on 19 July 2013 by a group of 13 dental hygienists who felt the time was right to organise a professional association to represent and safeguard the interests of their profession in Malta.
Today we serve registered dental hygienists across the islands, working alongside the Council for the Professions Complementary to Medicine, the University of Malta's dental hygiene programme and our international counterparts in the IFDH.
The Association is led by a volunteer executive committee elected each year at our Annual General Meeting — see Our Committee for the current officers.
